Volunteering Enquiries
We are accepting applications for production helpers for the following dates:
Set-up ($15/hr):
July 16,17, 18
Take-down ($20/hr):
July 23, 24
Each helper needs to purchase a ticket for the event.
We work from 11am-8pm or so each day. July 23 sometimes starts as early as 7am. While we endeavor to give everyone work who shows up, there are no guarantees as to how many hours you may be given- it all depends on the number of people who show up. You will receive a time-sheet when you arrive. Be at Main Stage at the start of each day to be assigned your tasks. Record your time as soon as you have finished your tasks and come ask for further work if you want. You will need leather work gloves and may need rubber boots/rainwear.
As a helper, you will be paid by company cheque after the event (mailed to you) for the hours you have worked once a completed accurate time-sheet has been submitted to Katalyst Events either in person or by mail/email/fax.

6) Relevant experience you have working for Motion Notion, other festivals/events, or outdoor labour.
